Dunbury Church of England Academy is mindful of its public duty to have due regard to the need to eliminate unlawful discrimination, advance equality of opportunity, and foster good relations in connection with disability, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual identity, and where appropriate, age (applicable to employees only). The guiding principles of our approach to equality apply to all who attend, work, visit and support Dunbury with their voluntary help.

The principles are founded upon the Equality Act 2010 together with related legislation in respect to Public Sector Duties.
