Uniform

School Uniform

What we do at school is important and, to show this, we all come to school dressed smartly.

All of our children wear school uniform. The uniform is designed to suit all the work and play activities carried out at school.

It is advisable to have a lightweight raincoat which is always very useful on outings.

PE kits should all be in a drawstring shoe/PE bag; Dunbury logo bags are available to purchase.

We request that children have all of their belongings in a rucksack that is a suitable size for hanging on pegs.  All children need a school book bag, which is used every day in school.

It is essential to put your child's name on all of their clothes and bags, this enables us to be able to return them when they lose them. Sewn in name tapes are better than using a marker pen as they do last longer.

On health and safety grounds, we do not allow children to wear jewellery or nail varnish in our school.  The exceptions to this rule are ear-ring studs in pierced ears and the wearing of a watch without connectivity, may be worn, if it is named and not of any great value.  We expect the children to remove them during PE and Games.
